Final Fantasy: The Real Hero?

One of the biggest RPG franchise’s of all time, Final Fantasy has made a huge impact on gamers since they released the original way back in 1987 and still continue to grip audiences 20 years later. Any game franchise spanning over three decades and released on over 12 different gaming platforms has to have a winning formula and Final Fantasy is no exception.

PS3 Version of Much Maligned Final Fantasy 14 Delayed

Final Fantasy 14 MMORPG’s, and even PC games in general, are often given some leeway by reviewers, who know that glitches, bugs, and even shoddy game play can be improved over time through patches. As such, games are often reviewed with one eye on the present, and one on the future. Whether this is a legitimate way to review these games is up for debate, but the fact stands.

The Future of the Final Fantasy Franchise on the PS4

The Final Fantasy franchise is certainly not lacking when it comes to fans. There are plenty of gamers that have been playing it for years and will stick with it no matter what. NHL 11 Review

NHL 11 Review

Another hockey season is nearly upon us, and despite my beloved Habs inexplicably trading away last year’s playoff goaltending hero Jaroslav Halak to the St. Louis Blues, I’m pumped for the upcoming season. A new season also brings with it a new version of EA’s NHL series, which also gets me quite excited. I’ve played the NHL series religiously since NHLPA ’93, and even won a small NHL 94 tournament at a local video game store back in the day.
