Your Top Wanted Features For PS5

With the Xbox One X about to release, and analyst speculation that PS5 will drop in 2018/2019 (not to mention Sony execs have confirmed it is under development), I thought it would be a good time to ask what PlayStation gamers would like to see featured in the future console.

While many of us shared the same ideas, there were several ideas that hadn’t even crossed my mind. With more than 300 responses in 4 hours, I am excited to go down the list of our most wanted features for PS5, and would also want to extend my gratitude to those that participated.

Opinion: Life after PS5

It seems to be common knowledge that PlayStation 5 is in the making. Mentioned several times by Sony executives recently, PS5 is happening, but I myself am looking further into the future of PlayStation.

I know many of you are thinking “whoa now! Slow down Travis! I’m not even ready for a PS5, let alone what comes after that!”, but hear me out. I don’t expect to see much of a leap from the PS4 (PRO) to PS5. The chances of the PS5 arriving in the next two years seems likely, but I don’t believe we will be seeing a PS6.

E3 - The EA Play Recap

E3 kicked off with EA yesterday and while it wasn’t the greatest presentation EA has ever had, we did see some notables.

It should be no surprise that we saw announcements from some of EA’s biggest sports franchises. Madden NFL 18 is receiving a solo campaign for the very first time, while FIFA 18 will continue with its story mode as well. NBA Live 18 will be accompanied by a new game mode called The One. Players will get to play in the NBA, League and Streets in the new mode.

Nacon Revolution Vs. Razor Raiju

When it comes to pro gaming, your choice of controller is as important as the loadout on your soldier. Your controller is a weapon in itself, but not all controllers are created equal. What works best for me, might not work best for you. So long as you are using what works best in your hands, the sky's the limit.

I have been going back and forth between the Nacon Revolution and the Razor Raiju, for about 40 days now. Pushing myself to the limits in games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, Overwatch and Titanfall, to name a few. It has been fun and learning experience so far.

Horizon Zero Dawn review

Horizon Zero Dawn is one of those games where the hype train is on track and actually pulled up to the station. In other words, the hype is real.

In Horizon Zero dawn, you play Aloy. A young girl that was banished from her village and deemed an outcast at birth. As part of the villages law, it is not allowed for villagers to even speak to an outcast. As a child, Aloy has no idea why she was deemed an outcast, but the harsh treatment of others, inspires her to train in the wild with her mentor, Rost.

Resident Evil VII: Biohazard Review

The long awaited Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, has finally released to the world and it's finally safe to drop my point of view. I have completed the game 3 times since I got my copy on Saturday, and I have mixed feelings about the overall game. Of the play throughs, I enjoyed the first the most. Mainly because I wasn't aware of what would happen next. Playing through the third time, I am satisfied enough to put game down until some dlc releases next week.

Video Games changed my life

At some point in time, every gamer out there receives their very first video game system. I’m not talking the first video game they have played or the system they played it on. I’m referring to the very first console that was officially their own. Whether it was a gift or personal purchase (usually a gift), it is a memory that resonates with many of us, as if it were just yesterday.

Inifnite Warfare Review

Once again, Call of Duty has another title added to the long running franchise and it wouldn’t be a Call of Duty game, without a mix of love and hate from the community. Those that are enjoying Infinite warfare, seem to be rather happy with the title. Those that are not as happy, are either playing Modern Warfare Remastered or simply traded their game back and accepted the loss. Of course, there are other scenarios, but these are the most common.

Battlefield1 Review

Battlefield1 released worldwide on Friday and it did not disappoint. For several years now, First Person Shooter fans have been asking for a war game that takes us back to an older war setting. I believe the most popular war asked for, has been World War II. It makes sense, during WWII there major advancements in technology and weapons alike. With everything invented, there's always someone out there working to improve it. Well, the same goes with video game development and DICE has gone above and beyond to improve the Battlefield series.

Modern Warfare Remastered - Revisited - Re-reviewed

Revisiting the Modern Warfare campaign is certainly something special, to say the least. Whether you’re a returning veteran (like myself) or new to playing the original Modern Warfare, there’s something for everybody, though vets of the series will likely appreciate the experience much more.

MWR is gorgeous on many levels. Going into the game felt old and new at the same time. As I went through my training in the very beginning, nostalgia quickly settled in. I remembered playing through the original campaign, but not in its entirety, if that makes any sense.
