The wait for what Sony has been planning may finally be over, as rumors state the company is unveiling a VR headset of its own at GDC 2014.
Numerous websites are reporting that Sony has perfected the VR technology and that it will have a full reveal at GDC 2014. Insiders have claimed that the resolution and quality of the display are incredible and that this new technology will cement the PlayStation 4's console dominance.

Update: The title of Sony's GDC conference has been revealed: Innovation at PlayStation and the Future of Gaming. The conference will take place Tuesday, March 18 at 5:45 p.m. PDT.
It's heavily rumored that this is where Sony will unveil its VR headset, especially after PS4 developer Mark Cerny has been making the rounds stating about how VR technology is the future of gaming.
